In 1995, Northern Liberties was rough around the edges — and full of possibility. That’s when my brother Eric and I bought the two worst houses on the 300 block of George Street, rolled up our sleeves, and rebuilt them ourselves. Those homes were my first real investment, and I still own and rent them today. That project sparked a passion for real estate that’s only grown stronger with time.

I was born in Philadelphia, raised at 12th & Waverly, and later moved to Havertown to attend Haverford High School. Since then, I’ve lived in nearly every corner of the city: Fairmount, Rittenhouse, Queen Village, Bella Vista, Pennsport, Old City, Northern Liberties — and for the last 16 years, Fishtown.

I know Philadelphia’s neighborhoods because I’ve lived them. I’ve watched blocks transform, markets shift, and communities grow.
